Spring Creek Ranch Club Lambs is located in beautiful West Sonoma County - Northern California. The ranch is located in Green Valley outside Sebastopol and enjoys mild weather and sub-irrigated pastures. Our sheep flock started many years ago as a result of a 4-H and FFA project and is now a family affair. The Stornetta Family - Steve, Diana, Stefanie and Dawn have been involved in 4-H and FFA for many years. Diana is in her 33rd year as a 4-H leader and livestock judging coach. Dawn returned to Sonoma County this year and is teaching agriculture at Santa Rosa High School. Stefanie's kids are always on the go! William is a junior in high school and an active 4-H and FFA member involved with market lambs and wether dams. Victoria is a Senior at the University of Kentucky studying Agriculture Education/Communications-Leadership. Through many years of breeding we have found the lines that produce the most structually correct sheep while still maintaining that show ring style and power. Our primary bloodlines trace back to Hancock's Rupp breeding on both the ewes and ram side. We currently have three rams - all closely related to insure consistency in our ewe flock. Our lambs have won many championships and have been very competitive at County and State Fairs. We were very proud to win the 2008 Sonoma County Bred and Born Championship! We were also honored to receive the 2009 Sonoma County Sheep Breeders Sheep Family of the Year Award!
Our goal over the years has been to provide quality lambs to 4-H and FFA members. We take pride in the work we do with all the kids and hope that we create a positive experience for everyone. We may not have the quantity of lambs of large breeders but we have worked hard to make sure we have the QUALITY that kids deserve. "SPRING CREEK RANCH CLUB LAMBS IS WHERE QUALITY AND KIDS COUNT!" The family has been part of the Agriculture community for 6 generations and looks forward to carrying on our family traditions.
